If you are keeping up with my blog, you might have noticed I have heck an obsession with skirts and dresses. These are my go-to looks on a weekend because I love comfortable clothing and these are what I consider comfortable. For me, comfortable clothing is something that you'll feel good in without thinking much of it, if that makes sense. Easy to wear and easy to style — I simply believe comfort and fashion mix. I think these two does meet half way.

As I have been splurging on white tees lately, I came across a midi gingham skirt that I think would be perfect to pair up my tees with. It's fun, it's flirty. And the best part is.. it is very comfortable. I just love everything about it!

A skirt that usually comes with ruffles along the hem and a wrap around tie at the top, a midi gingham skirt just screams festive! Some might even think it's one of the hardest piece to pull off without looking like a picnic table, if you know what I mean. But on the contrary, you can practically go anywhere wearing this fashion piece. A non-believer, aye?

From lunch dates to after eight, there are many ways to style a midi gingham skirt. But I am more of a weekender type of gal. So, for a casual look, I wore the midi gingham skirt with my graphic tee and slip-on sneakers to tone down the frilly element. I also went with a simple bag to avoid clashing of colors and prints.
