Maybelline New York is a major American makeup brand sold worldwide. It has been one of my favorite drugstore brands because it is very affordable while having that great quality of a product. It is also very accessible - sold in most department stores here in the Philippines. Today, I'll be reviewing about the Maybelline Dream Satin Skin Liquid Foundation. I recently bought a new one last week because I used up my old one already, and I wanted to share my experience on this product with you guys! The Maybelline Dream Satin Skin Air- Whipped Liquid Foundation claims to have a unique air- soft formula that provides poreless, satin- smooth looking skin. Having an extraordinary coverage that does not clog on pores, it is also long- lasting and moisturizing all day.
It comes in a travel- friendly, thick glass container with a pump.
The liquid foundation has a thick but creamy consistency. It comes in 7 shades and I got the lightest one, Maybelline Dream Satin Skin Liquid Foundation in the shade 01.
When applying the foundation on the skin, it blends well with a use of a foundation brush. The coverage is medium to full, depending on how you apply it. And if you have an oily skin like I do, I recommend you use a primer first, then the foundation and a mattifying powder to prevent having sebum all over your face since it does not last for so long. The foundation also has that matte and dewy finish, as well as lightweight feel on the skin.
