Althea Korea Bare Essentials (review + lazy girl's guide on achieving glass skin)
The k-beauty world continues to spark new trends that global cosmetics experts and enthusiasts go gaga for. And currently, another trend is taking over the internet by storm, the glass skin — a fancy term for healthy, evenly toned and plumped skin that is almost translucent, comparable to a "shard of glass". Plenty of skincare routines kept on going viral like Ellie Choi's, an aspiring makeup artist from Los Angeles that revealed her thorough skincare routine on how to achieve her clear, glass skin. Her beauty regimen doesn't come easy because not all has that dedication to do an every step skincare routine everyday. So on today's blog, to simplify her complex skincare routine, I am going to share with you guys a lazy girl's guide to glass skin (My skin type: sensitive, combination skin).
Althea Korea Bare Essentials flatlay (Contour cleanser, primer water, fixer cream)
To achieve the coveted glass skin, one needs to nourish and hydrate the skin. In order to do that, you must have a good cleanser, toner and moisturizer that has properties of other beauty products incorporated into them, like cleanser + exfoliator, toner with anti-aging properties, etc. Lucky for us, it is already made easy with Althea Korea's Bare Essentials. Althea Korea came up with this line consisting of only a 3-step skincare to help simplify our skincare routine while still getting to our end goal, which is a healthy, glowy skin. The Althea Korea Bare Essentials features micro-particles that is quickly absorbed into the skin without irritation. It also provides your skin's needs with these quality products at reasonable prices.
The Althea Korea Bare Essentials consists of contour cleanser, primer water and fixer cream. It comes with a sleek and minimalistic packaging, which I am all up for. And believe me, so does everyone else.
Althea Korea Bare Essentials Contour Cleanser
The contour cleanser consists of micro capsules that pops up with water to gently exfoliate the skin and remove impurities. It detoxifies the skin and create a defined, slim face.
KEY INGREDIENTS:
ICE PLANT - It offers protection from harmful UV rays given off by the sun. It is also very effective in soothing damaged skin caused by too much sun exposure. The active biological compounds present in the plant are also capable of controlling skin inflammation.
VERBENA LEAF - It is gentle on the skin and helps maintain the proper balance of the skin's natural oils. It also has mild astringent qualities that help clean the skin and get rid of bacteria that may cause acne and pimples. The verbena leaf also reduces redness of the skin and its anti-inflammatory properties is ideal for treating puffiness, giving the skin an evenly plumped, contoured look.
PROS:
It has a nice packaging. It can easily be dispensed out of the tube.
It easily foams up, so all you need is a pea size of the cleanser to completely wash your face.
It completely removes dirt and excess sebum.
CONS:
If you have sensitive skin like me, I may not recommend this product for you (although this cleanser is ideal for all skin types). It has micro-capsules that may be harsh on sensitive skin and to be frank, I was never a fan of micro anything on skincare. I prefer regular cleansers any day. But I do like on using it twice a week.
Even though I understand why it's called a contour cleanser, I still do not see the "contour" part happening on my skin (but then again, I have naturally chubby cheeks so I do not blame this on the product).
PRICE: 300 pesos
Althea Korea Bare Essentials Primer Water
The primer water is made with patented dewdrop technology that smoothens and evens out the skin, prepping it for the next step on your routine and leaving a youthful glow.
KEY INGREDIENTS:
SNOW LOTUS - It prevents and eliminates the black spots on the face. It also serves as an anti-aging agent for the skin. The snow lotus also helps smoothen and brighten the skin while evening out its texture.
PATENTED "DEWDROP" TECHNOLOGY - It revitalizes the skin and provides immediate, effective moisture.
PROS:
It tones and primes the skin at the same time - it softens up and smoothens out the skin leaving it with a nice glow.
With its dewdrop structure, you can apply it on the face even without using any cotton pads.
It is easily absorbed by the skin.
It smells nice, but it's not too strong.
It has a plastic bottle type of packaging with a screw cap, which I love so much because it is travel friendly.
CONS:
NONE! This is my favorite product on the Bare Essentials line.
PRICE: 550 pesos
Althea Korea Bare Essentials Fixer Cream
The last product on the Bare Essentials line is the fixer cream. The fixer cream penetrates into the skin for up to 24 hours, giving your skin the hydration it truly needs. It keeps the skin fresh and vitalized-looking all day, which helps you achieve your glass skin goal.
KEY INGREDIENTS:
TREHALOSE
- It is a sugar found in plants, fungi and invertebrate animals used as a moisturizer. It is considered useful because of its hydrating properties, as well as its antioxidant powers.
GREEN TEA - It functions as an anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer agent.
BAOBAB TREE - It doesn't leave the skin with a greasy residue and is easily absorbed by the skin since it has a silky, smooth texture.
PROS:
It nourishes and moisturizes the skin, leaving a dewy glass skin for the day.
It is of decent amount compared to other moisturizer creams in a jar.
It does not leave any sticky or greasy residue and it is easily absorbed by the skin, making it ready for your makeup routine.
CONS:
I love everything about it, but I wish it comes with a spatula because I find its packaging unsanitary especially on the long run.
PRICE: 640 pesos

Holy Grail Skin Care
Nowadays, I managed to get my skin under control. I still get pimples here and there, but my no.1 skin concern has always been post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This type of hyperpigmentation occurs when your skin injury heals and leaves a flat are of discoloration, commonly found among acne sufferers such as myself. I have tried so many products before that targets this skin problem of mine, but nothing had worked. Not until I found my new holy grail skincare, the Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop by Wishtrend! And today, I'll be sharing my insights about this product, as well as if it's really worth the type (My skin type: Sensitive, combination skin).
Best Vitamin C Serum
The Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop by Wishtrend is a calming serum made from pure Vitamin C for an innovative, multi-solution and non-irritating formula to revitalize, maintain and transform the skin. It contains 5% Ascorbic acid, suitable for all skin types, even if you have the most sensitive skin!

PRODUCT DETAIL:
The Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop is made by stabilized manufacture construction method, for fresh and pure Vitamin C with no browning. That Vitamin C is the main ingredient of this product that melts down the rough cells, improve skin tone and tightens widened pores. It is very effective for pigmented, UV exposed skin. When the Vitamin C is absorbed by the skin, it is natural for it to create temporal heat that you may feel due to the difference of pH levels of the skin and the Vitamin C component. You may also experience minor tingling of the skin, but again, it is only temporary.

BENEFITS OF VITAMIN C:
Vitamin C is one of the most potent antioxidants in the skin that helps neutralize the effects of oxidative stress. It has multitude benefits including brightening of the skin and improving the skin's texture and discoloration.
It increases the production of collagen which stabilizes the collagen fibers.
It also decreases the melanin transformation which results in the reduction of the pigmentation on the skin.
It has the ability to decrease inflammation (redness) cause by certain skin conditions.
It also has wound (aka acne scars) healing abilities.
STORAGE AND USE:
The Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop is recommended to be stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. For best effects of the Vitamin C, it is also recommended to be used immediately within 2~3 months span after opening the product. If a slight color change occurs, the effects of the vitamin drop will not be influenced in any way.

FOR NORMAL/ COMBINATION TO OILY SKIN:
After cleansing, apply an amount of about half the dropper to the entire face area. Gently massage into the face using the palms and body heat to work it into the skin.

FOR SENSITIVE SKIN:
After cleansing, prep the skin with a toner then apply about 3-4 droplets of the Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop evenly onto the skin. For extra sensitive skin, try mixing a few drops of the Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop into your preferred serum or lotion until the skin is used to the product.

NOTE:
Vitamin C products are ideally used during evenings rather than mornings since it is very sensitive to light. But if you do want to use it on the day, just don't forget to apply some sunscreen. Also, because the skin may easily be irritated, it is not ideal to apply the serum after exfoliators (AHA & BHA products) have already been used in the skincare routine.
Before and After using Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop
MY PERSONAL THOUGHTS:
I've been using the Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop for almost a month now and I can honestly say my skin has improved since then. On my first use, I felt that tingling sensation everyone is talking about. But I also noticed my skin become brighter the next day, which is a good thing of course. And as the days pass by, I also noticed that my acne scars have already faded and lessened (See before and after pic above, after one week of straight use). The vitamin drop did not help with my pimple problem, but I'm not blaming the product because it isn't one of its claims and I know I made some bad choices that may have triggered the appearance of pimples. Another good side of using this product is that my skin brightened so much that resulted my skin to glow naturally.

PROS:
Does not need any conversion to work on the skin.
It does not leave that greasy feel on the skin.
Even though it only contains 5% Vitamin C (normally, effective serums contain 10-20% Vitamin C), it is enough to target the hyperpigmentation of the skin.
It also helps the skin on having that natural glow from within.

CONS:
It comes in a transparent jar, which for me is not ideal for Vitamin C serums (even though it claims it is stable enough to be in such container).

So the big Q is, is the product worth the hype? YES. Would I purchase it again? Most definitely! Me and my sister had been using it like crazy. So! Huge Korean Skincare Haul ft. Althea Korea Cult Favorites
Annyeong haseyo! Welcome to the blog. Finally, I am going to share with you guys my latest skincare haul from Althea Korea -  the largest online shop for Korean cosmetics and skincare! This was a highly requested post by my followers, so I decided to show you the unboxing plus a mini review of each of the "cult favorites" that I chose and have tried using already. Cult favorites are things or products that are popularly loved by many. And the products that I will be mentioning are some of Althea Korea's cult favorites a.k.a. best sellers. So with everything said, let's get started!

NOTE: Althea Korea sent me $50 to spend on their site, but this is not a sponsored post.
SIDE NOTE: I have a sensitive, combination skin. Products mentioned on the blog may work for me but may also not work for you, or the other way around.
Althea Korea Skincare Haul (Unboxing)
Althea Korea Skincare Haul (Unboxing)
I placed my order last November 4 and five days after, I received the confirmation e-mail. I was expecting my package to arrive at around November 16 or later since that week was the ASEAN conference and it was declared holiday in the Manila area. But my package arrived on November 13, so I was pretty happy about it. The package was also directly shipped into my home and that was very convenient in my part.
And these are what my Althea boxes look like. I was pretty excited in opening the package that I forgot to take pictures before completely opening it (haha sorry). Before opening the boxes, they were completely covered in bubble wraps, as well as each of the products, making sure Althea Korea won't provide you damaged goods. Fun! And after a few bubble wraps pop... here are the products that I chose on their website. Like I said before, these are some of their most popular products. But of course, I still made my own research.
Althea Korea Calmia Cleansing Tissue
CALMIA CLEANSING TISSUE. 60 pesos
The first product that I got is the Calmia Cleansing Tissue. I haven't use this yet because I normally use micellar water on removing my makeup. But I purchased this because aside from being relevantly cheap, I read so many good reviews about it. It completely removes the makeup and at the same time moisturizes the face, so we'll see.
Althea Korea Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam
Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam. 370 pesos
The second product is the Innisfree Jeju Volcaninc Pore Cleansing Foam. I've been using this for weeks now and I'm pretty impressed about this product. The Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam contains Jeju Volcanic Scoria that absorbs the excess sebum and washes away the pore-clogging impurities. It also removes the excess makeup left from the first cleansing. If you have a combination skin type, I would recommend you to use this three or four times a week because it feels a bit tight on the face after use.
Althea Korea Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner
Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner. 440 pesos
The third product that I chose is the Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner. Back in third year college, I became so addicted with this product. I stopped using it after that year. But my sister recently purchased a bottle and after trying it again, I remembered how good it was. So I went with this purchase. The Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner cleanses away the dirt while balancing the pH levels of the skin. It also tightens the pores, that controls sebum production and leaves a seemingly pore-less skin. What I love about this product is that it has this cooling effect and it is really moisturizing. I just wish Althea Korea, had the bigger version of this with the pump, who's with me?!
It's Skin Power 10 Formula VC Effect
It's Skin Power 10 Formula VC Effect. 390 pesos
The next product that I got is the It's Skin Power 10 Formula VC Effect. I chose this product specifically because I have pimple marks and Vitamin C serums are well-known to heal acne scars and and blemishes. The It's Skin Power 10 Formula VC Effect contains the Vitamin C that brightens the skin. It also reduces redness of the skin and other discoloration, giving you a more vibrant skin. I've been using these for weeks and I can already see improvements on my skin. It feels healthier and brighter. I use this after toning, during night time. I highly recommend to use this product at night because Vitamin C is not ideally good when exposed to the sun. But if you want to use on the day, you better put some sunscreen on. I also recommend not to use this with any products that contain AHA/BHA in the same routine because it cancels each others effect. Do not also use this with products that contain niacinamide because they work best in different pH levels.
Althea Korea Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask
Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask. 560 pesos
Another product of my choosing is the Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask. It is a 6-in-1 pore clay mask that contract pores, controls sebum, exfoliate, deep cleanse, brighten tone and cools the skin. What I love about this product is that it chemically melts the impurities of the face, leaving a smoothen-out skin. I normally use this once a week after toning, but whenever I feel like my skin had become oilier than normal, I use it more often.
Althea Korea Guerisson 9 Complex Cream
Guerisson 9 Complex Cream. 520 pesos
The next on the list is the Guerisson 9 Complex Cream. The Guerisson 9 Complex Cream is a moisturizer formulated with a complex of peppermint, apple mint leaf, sage, rosemary, lavender flower, Melissa officinalis leaf, chamomile and Monarda didyma leaf extracts that soothes irritation while improving cell metabolism. With niacinamide and adenosine, this cream also brightens the skin, making your skin look glowy and radiant. I normally use this whenever I feel my skin needs hydration during night time because even though it claims it doesn't leave behind any oily residue, it does! Maybe it is more ideal for dry skin types.
Althea Korea Boomdeahdah Everyday Mask (Berry)
Boomdeahdah Everyday Mask (Berry). 20 pesos
Althea Korea Purederm Deep Purifying Black O2 Bubble Mask
Purederm Deep Purifying Black O2 Bubble Mask (Charcoal). 70 pesos
Althea Korea Tony Moly Panda's Dream Eye Patch
Tony Moly Panda's Dream Eye Patch. 50 pesos
I also purchased these random mask sheets: Boomdeahdah Everyday Mask (Berry), Purederm Deep Purifying Black O2 Bubble Mask (Charcoal) and the Tony Moly Panda's Dream Eye Patch. I haven't use any of this so I'll update you guys whenever.
Althea Korea Laneige Water Sleeping Mask
Laneige Water Sleeping Mask. 980 pesos
And I kept the best for last! The last product that I got from Althea Korea is the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask. This product had won many beauty awards already and there is a reason for it! The Laneige Water Sleeping Mask has SLEEP-TOX™ technology that purifies the skin during sleep, keeping it in optimum condition. With its intensive hydration properties, it leaves the skin so moisturized the next morning after washing, that it feels so soft and bouncy. This is by far the best skincare product I have tried. It is on the pricier side, but it is definitely a must try!
Huge Korean Skincare Haul ft. Althea Korea Cult Favorites
There you have it! These are all the products that I got from Althea Korea. Stay tuned for Christmas adventures on Althea's website as they whisk magical adventures on their site this coming holiday. Thank you and have a great day ahead!

Skincare Routine ft. Althea Korea's Double Trouble Box
Remember I said I tried splurging on Korean products? Just recently, I have been binge-watching skincare routines on Youtube, Korean skincare routines, specifically. I was so amazed by some of the Korean products used in such skincare routines that I had to check out my favorite Korean online destination, Althea Korea. Luckily enough, I didn't have to splurge on anything because Althea Korea sent me one of their boxes, the "Double Trouble" Box (Kamsahamnida, Althea Korea). I was so thrilled on getting this specific box because like I said, I am obsessing over skincare anything recently and this box was definitely made for me and my skin type. And we'll get on to that later. But first, here is a little info about the Althea Boxes.
Althea Box
ALTHEA BOX
The Althea Box is a beauty box that consists of full-sized K-Beauty products, which depends on the theme in a specific month. New boxes are added often, but are available for a limited time and quantity only. Believe me, these boxes get sold out pretty fast! After all, these Althea Boxes have pretty awesome deals.

ALTHEA BOX #25 "DOUBLE TROUBLE" BOX
The "Double Trouble" Box is a beauty box curated for blemished, troubled skin or acne-prone skin. It has 7 full-sized products sold for only 1280 pesos instead of 6380 pesos. No wonder it got sold out within the day it was released on the Althea Korea website — Imagine, you'll get all these products for that price, while the Laneige Fresh Calming Toner (product included in the box) costs 1270 pesos alone.
Althea Korea's Double Trouble Box
Skincare Routine ft. Althea Korea's Double Trouble Box
INSIDE THE "DOUBLE TROUBLE" BOX
01 Da Mior Cleansing Soap (Charcoal/ Bamboo Leaf)
The Da Mior Cleansing Soap is a natural handmade soap that contains Bamboo Extract that hydrates and soothes troubled skin. It is highly recommended for irritated skin, clogged skin due excessive sebum and feeling tight and dry after cleansing.
02 Laneige Fresh Calming Toner
The Laneige Fresh Calming Toner keeps your skin healthy. It is made from plant-derived lychee extracts which moisturizes, restores balance and nourishes the health of the skin.
03 Skinfood Trouble Clear Spot Patch
The Skinfood Trouble Clear Spot Patch helps heal pimple faster.
04 Onsaemeein Skin Solution Magic Powder
As the name entitles, the Onsameein Skin Solution Magic Powder removes waste and soothes skin trouble.
05 Beuins Soothing Sleep Mask
The Beuins Soothing Sleep Mask is a sleeping pack that calms down redness and sensitivities of the skin. It has Draconis Resina Extracts that protects and repairs skin conditions.
06 Ladykin Fresh Watermelon Icing Gel Bar
The Ladykin Fresh Watermelon Icing Gel Bar is enriched with 90% fresh watermelon extract that revives skin fatigue and keeps your skin smooth and radiant.
07 Royal Skin Prime Edition Mask Moisture
The Royal Skin Prime Edition Mask Moisture hydrates the skin for a healthy, balanced complexion. It increases your skin's moisture levels with this transparent contact mask. The blue gardenia fruit essence is naturally absorbed into the bio-cellulose sheet, adding a cooling effect.

SKINCARE ROUTINE FT. ALTHEA KOREA'S "DOUBLE TROUBLE" BOX (WITH REVIEWS/ FIRST IMPRESSIONS)

01 Know your skin type. I have combination skin and this skincare routine is ideal for that skin type. Combination skin is dry in some spots (cheeks) and oily in the t-zone area (forehead, nose and chin).
DISCLAIMER: Some of the products mentioned in this blog post may not work for you and your skin type. Use at your own risk.:)
02 Cleaning Combination Skin. Find a product suitable for your skin. Use a gentle cleanser or soap to wash your face. Rinse with plenty of warm water, then pat dry. You can also use a toner afterwards to remove extra oil on your skin (Pat, don't rub).
Althea Korea Da Mior Cleansing Soap
For the cleanser, I am using the Da Mior Cleansing Soap (Bamboo Leaf). It comes in a fancy packaging and you can easily identify it being from a luxury brand. And it is!
The Da Mior Cleansing Soap is a natural handmade soap that consists of bamboo charcoal powder. It has a mild, herb-mint smell, which I like because it means the soap does not have any harsh ingredients in it. I love using this soap because after washing, my skin feels so soft, clean and moisturized. The soap also makes sure you won't have any clogged pores.
Althea Korea Laneige Fresh Calming Toner
Althea Korea Laneige Fresh Calming Toner
For the toner, I am using the Laneige Fresh Calming Toner. The Laneige Fresh Calming Toner comes in a simple secondary packaging but in a fancy "peachy" main packaging, another luxury brand  — thank you again Althea!
The Laneige Fresh Calming Toner (250 mL) is a clear watery-liquid made up of lychee extracts. It smells a lot like lychee, which I did not enjoy whatsoever because I am not the biggest fan of lychee anything. But thank God because the smell disappears on your face after sometime. I am so happy with this product because my skin feels so refreshed upon usage. It removes the impurities on my skin, making sure it is clean.
03 Adding Serum. It is important to apply serum to your skin after cleansing, but before moisturizing because it helps your skin absorb all the powerful ingredients to be applied on your skin. It also prevents you on having wrinkles and breakouts.
For the serum, I am using the Klavuu White Pearl Sation Special Divine Pearl Serum (not included in the box). I normally apply this at night before applying my daily moisturizer.
04 Moisturize. Even though I have combination skin, it is still important to use a moisturizer because it helps the skin from drying out. It is ideal to use a lightweight and oil-free moisturizer to avoid having blocked pores. You can also use sheet masks for some added moisture.
Althea Korea Ladykin Fresh Watermelon Icing Gel Bar
Althea Korea Ladykin Fresh Watermelon Icing Gel Bar
As for the moisturizer, I am using the Ladykin Fresh Watermelon Icing Gel Bar. It comes in a squeeze tube - cute packaging in the shape of a watermelon ice pop. The Ladykin Fresh Watermelon Icing Gel Bar, as the name says, is a gel that soothes and replenishes the skin with moisture and nutrients. It has a cooling effect on the skin, which kinda reminds me of Aloe (Free from parabens, mineral oil, artificial colors and benzophenones).
Althea Korea Royal Skin Prime Edition Mask Moisture
Althea Korea Royal Skin Prime Edition Mask Moisture
For some extra pampering, I also use mask sheets. I usually use these once a week since it does not take the place of a regular skincare regimen at night. One of the masks I tried, that is included in the Althea Box, is the Royal Skin Prime Edition Mask Moisture. This was my first time to try a bio-cellulose sheet mask and I was so confused on using this product (In my defense, I was already sleepy when I tried it. haha). The mask sheet is covered with two net like thingies (I wasn't able to take a photo of it) and you need to remove the nets on both side before applying the "mask" itself on your face. I really love this mask because it felt like all the moisture was absorbed by my face. It also felt so smooth and nice.
05 Sleeping Masks? I just discovered this regimen upon having the Althea Box. I went on a little digging and sleeping masks are a lot like night creams, but different in some ways. It nourishes and hydrates the skin. It has serum-like properties that repair, brighten and fight aging signs. It also calms down redness and sensitivities of the skin.
Althea Korea Beuins Soothing Sleep Mask
For the sleeping mask, I am using the Beuins Soothing Sleeping Mask. It comes in a small box packaging that contains around 20 packs of sleeping mask, ideal to use in an everyday for weeks. I normally apply this after the moisturizer and leave it overnight.
The Beuins Soothing Sleep Mask is a mask with thick-like consistency. It is evenly applied on the face and left overnight, then washed gently in the morning. The Beuins Soothing Sleep Mask has a cooling feel on the face when applied, which sorta explains its soothing effect. I noticed reduced redness in the morning as I wash my face.
06 Random "awesome" things I use. I simultaneously use different products whenever I have any breakouts or anything. These are some that help me treat my troubled skin.
Althea Korea Onsaemeein Magic Solution Skin Powder
Onsaemeein Magic Solution Skin Powder. The Onsaemeein Magic Solution Skin Powder is a two-layer solution (liquid-powder) inside a small glass bottle. During usage, it is ideal not to shake the solution since you only need to swab an amount of the powder and put it directly on your pimple. Upon application, there is a tingly sensation, which is quite normal. It is normally left overnight, then washed in the morning.
The Onsaemeein Magic Solution Skin Powder has witch hazel extract, which is good for drying out pimples. But it only works on "ripe" pimples.
Althea Korea Skinfood Trouble Clear Spot Patch
Skinfood Trouble Clear Spot Patch. The Skinfood Trouble Clear Spot Patch comes in a releasable "hygienic" kind of packaging. The 24 patches come in different sizes which you can use depending on the size of your pimple.
The Skinfood Trouble Clear Spot Patch is ideally use on "ripe" pimples, wherein it sucks away the puss. I find the patch very satisfying to use, especially if I see the puss stuck to the patch, when I remove it on the day — It means it did its job. I really love using the patch when trouble bumps out and this is by far one of the best patches I had used.
Althea Korea Double Trouble Box
Skincare Routine Results
To sum it all up, the Althea Box is a beauty box that consists of full-sized K-Beauty Products. It really is worth your money because it is usually sold cheaper as compared to buying these products individually. The Althea Box that I got is the "Double Trouble" Box which consists of Da Mior Cleansing Soap, Laneige Fresh Calming Toner, Skinfood Trouble Clear Spot Patch, Onsaemeein Skin Solution Magic Powder, Beuins Soothing Sleep Mask, Ladykin Fresh Watermelon Icing Gel Bar and Royal Skin Prime Edition Mask Moisture. I find the Althea Box very promising because it really is perfect for me and my skin type. I've been testing these products over weeks now and the results are quite positive. In a two week span, I saw vast improvement on my skin (not sure if the images are that clear). My troubled skin area is the chin part and upon using these products, I noticed reduced pimples and redness on my skin. I really am in love with this box.
The "Double Trouble" Box is already out of stock in Althea Korea and I believe they won't restock it anytime soon. So you better be subscribed to Althea Korea for updates on new boxes and different promos. PS I linked some of the products included in the box (INSIDE THE "DOUBLE TROUBLE" BOX), as some of the items included in the box are not sold at Althea Korea right now.
